Terms of Sale

A binding contract is formed when you complete checkout and receive our order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was clearly wrong; any payment taken is then refunded in full.

Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT where applicable. Shipping with tracking is 2,90 € per order (or the equivalent in your currency) and is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive within 12 to 50 days of dispatch. Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. If your order has not arrived within 50 days of dispatch, contact us.

EU consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to packs whose seal has been opened or broken after delivery. Unopened packs can be returned within 14 days of delivery; the customer pays return shipping. Refunds are made within 14 days to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for details.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Eloe patches are cosmetic products for external use. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy to any ingredient, test on a small area first and stop use if irritation occurs.

Please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve any issue. Consumers in Finland may also contact the Consumer Advisory Service and take a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta.fi). EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. These terms are governed by Finnish law, without limiting the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
