Shipping & Returns

Shipping is free on all orders over €30. Available shipping options and their costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking details are sent to your email once your order ships.

Our patches are a personal skincare product and are sealed for hygiene.

• Opened packs, or packs with a broken seal, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Unopened packs in their original seal can be returned within 14 days of delivery
• To start a return, contact us within that period; the cost of sending an item back is paid by the customer
• Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, whether or not the pack has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights.
