Refund Policy

Hygiene-sealed products

Our pimple patches are a personal skincare product supplied in sealed packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, opened packs, or packs whose seal has been broken, cannot be returned or refunded.

Unopened packs

You may cancel your order and return unopened packs in their original seal within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

• Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return your order
• Send the unopened packs back within 14 days of telling us
• The cost of returning the items is paid by the customer

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you, whether or not the pack has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer laws of your country.

Refunds

Approved refunds, including the original standard delivery cost where the law requires it, are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned items or proof that you have sent them back.
